de Cingle is set on three floors and has recently been refurbished. It is a typically French, sandstone house, built into the rock.
On
the ground floor there is a newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen with
a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cooker and hob
There
is also a dining and
sitting area. This large room has stairs
leading to the first floor is home for the washing machine, iron
and ironing board and is ideal for storing bikes, fishing rods,
canoes etc.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms,
one with a double bed and the other with two singles. There are
wardrobes and drawers in each room and linen can be provided if
required, (at additional cost). Both rooms have lovely views of
the river.
To
the front of the property is a small terrace with
a patio table and barbecue and views of the river.

the first floor, also with river views, there is a double
bedroom and a lounge with
a pull out sofa bed giving seating for five people.
There
is a modern bathroom with
both a bath and power shower and a smaller lounge with stairs leading
to the third floor which is used to store books and games etc. |
